The next Brown Bag Lunch with A Journalist will take place Wednesday, February 25 at noon at the East Lake Public Library in Minneapolis. Brian Lambert, media blogger for Mpls-St. Paul magazine and former media columnist for the St. Paul Pioneer Press will be the featured guest.
Minnesota Public Radio will host John Ydstie, a National Public Radio correspondent, at Macalester College on Monday, February 23 at 7 p.m. as part of its Broadcast Journalist Series. The event is free, but tickets are required. Tickets are available at any of the four Bibelot Shop locations.

Minnesota Public Radio News and Minnesota Council of Nonprofits are partnering on two nonpartisan events during the week before the 2008 election. Chris Roberts of MPR News will host an informative and entertaining evening for people who are new to the election process Tuesday, October 28. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. The program will take place between 7-8 p.m. at the Paul and Sheila Wellstone Center for Community Building in St. Paul.
